The FBI - Law Enforcement Executive Development Association, Chief Richard Sawyer and the Hampton Police Department are pleased to announce a 4 1/2 day Reflective Leadership Institute being held in Hampton, New Hampshire on June 4-8, 2018.

This is a new program in the Leadership and Management series.  The Reflective Leadership Institute Course will focus on leading an inclusive culture within our Law Enforcement Agencies.

The goals of the Reflective Leadership Institute are:

  • Create a fair, unbiased, and inclusive Police culture for the Agency and Community.
  • Effectively guide Law Enforcement Agencies to realize the practical and moral value of cultural awareness and cultural intelligence.
  • Incorporate best practices for successfully navigating the complexities of our contemporary cultural context with integrity.
  • Assemble concrete pathways for fair and unbiased leadership development of all employees in the agency.
  • Help create leaders of cultural wisdom and integrity as models for their internal communities and the public that they serve.

Registration and credential pickup will begin between 8:00-8:30am on Monday, June 4, 2018 and the course will conclude at 1:00pm on Friday, June 8, 2018.  The class will be held at the Hampton Police Department, 100 Brown Ave, Hampton, New Hampshire.

  • Class size is limited to 50. Register now!

    Cancellation Policy: FBI - LEEDA may cancel or postpone any program or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.  If a program is canceled or postponed, FBI - LEEDA will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.  Requests for cancellation and/or substitution should be directed to Lynn Weber at lweber@fbileeda.org.  A $75 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds.  Requests for substitutions for another class or of another attendee for the same class will be accommodated whenever possible.  Additional fees will not be charged for reasonable substitutions.  Refunds will not be issued for ‘no shows”.  All registration fees must be paid prior to the start of the class.
